WhatsApp Data Deletion Instructions
If you messaged ZETU, or a business that uses our platform, on WhatsApp, you can request deletion of your data in the ways below. Requests are completed within 30 days.
1. If you messaged ZETU
- WhatsApp: send “DELETE MY DATA” to +90 850 611 06 12.
- Email: write to [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include the phone number you use on WhatsApp.
- Post: write to Üçevler Mah. Aslantaş Sk. No: 7 İç Kapı No: 9, Nilüfer / Bursa, Türkiye.
2. If you messaged a business that uses our platform
That business controls your data, so please send your request to it directly. If you send it to us ([email protected]), we forward it to the business without delay and carry out the deletion on its instructions.
3. If you are a Business Customer
- Disconnect zWaPi from your WhatsApp Business account in Meta Business Settings, or notify us in writing.
- Access tokens for your account are revoked and deleted as soon as it is disconnected.
- Conversation records and account data are deleted within 30 days, after an export if you request one.
4. Identity verification
To avoid deleting someone else's data by mistake, we verify that the number belongs to you. For requests made outside WhatsApp we may send a one-time code to that number.
5. What is deleted and what is kept

| Invoices, contracts and accounting records | Kept for the periods required by Turkish tax and commercial law (5 and 10 years), then deleted |
| Records relating to an ongoing dispute | Kept until the dispute is resolved, then deleted |
6. Confirmation
We confirm by WhatsApp or email when the deletion is complete. You will not receive promotional messages after a deletion request.
7. Messages on your device
The copy of the conversation on your own device is under your control. Open the chat in WhatsApp and use “Delete chat” to remove it. For data in your WhatsApp account, use WhatsApp's own settings.
